TRC Rehearsal Room 2: schedule v1.0 (2026-09-26)

GC path: orders start Monday 2026-09-28, the room closes Monday 2026-11-02, and it reopens Friday 2026-12-04. That is 66 days from first order to finished room, with the room out of use for 32 calendar days (22 working days plus Thanksgiving). Weekend path: Greg and a handyman work 12 weekends from Saturday 2026-10-03 to Monday 2026-12-21. The room is out of use for about 11 weeks. Task hours and the day-by-day sequence are in LABOR.md. Long-lead orders, in the order to place them

The site start is set by the two custom items, the bar carcass and the mirror. Everything else lands before the day that needs it.

Inspections and paperwork

The orders are the same as the GC path, with the same dates. The weekend path saves about $26,000 and keeps the room closed about seven weeks longer.
